Regarding Name change after marriage

Hi

iam applying visitor visa for my parents, actually my previous name is sangeetha
but after marriage i change my name to shenoz. What document they need at the time of appointment
so what name should they mention in personal affidavit and what name my parents wants to say to interviewer. Did they want to show any document regarding my name change or i can give them my passport copy regarding my previous name. plz help me as soon as possible
