Cancel Appointment Twice

hello,

i cancelled my parents visa appointment twice and now its says the receipt will be activated after 90 days ( i didn't read the cancellation policy clearly) so i can't schedule an appointment till August. instead of waiting till that can we buy another receipt and schedule it ?

Yes, they can pay the fees again and use the new receipt to schedule an appointment.
