visitor visa appointment on Saturdays

I have heard from someone that they are going to open slots on Saturdays too. Does anyone know if it is true or not. Also right now I have an appointment during August. What is the chance of getting one in April or May. I am looking to modify the appointment daily

Unless there is any specific announcement from TTSVisas or VFS, you should not believe such things. You may want to keep looking into appointment calendar to see whether any Saturday slots have been opened.
