DS160 can't sign and submit

I have been working on this for so many hours. but when I finished uploading photo (it says qualified) and tried to review everything and at the last page of review, click next:sign and submit. Nothing happened! WHy? Could anybody help me on this? I tried so many browsor like IE, SAFARI, MOZILLA and NETSCAPE and they are the same! Why?

Please help! Thanks so much.

Its a glitch. You should try after sometime. I had the same issue and you need to keep trying. It works after a few attempts.
