Visa Sponsorship for my parents

hi,

I want to sponsor Visa (B2) for my parents. I was in US for almost 1 year last year on L1 from my company. Now I am in India back to the same company. I want to know what's the documentation required to support their case. Will it be the same documentation (when the sponsor is in US) particularly "Form I-134, Affidavid of Support Form" is this required as this form's fields have particular information about sponsor being in US.
Can you please guide me how to proceed.

Same documents as the people in U.S. except Form I-134.

Also I wanted to know as I am planning to take my parents after one or two years (this should be a valid case right?) and as I can't book hotels in so advance. In the form we need to specify where they will be staying how to manage that?
