Visitor Visa

This is a very resourceful site. I can not admire it enough. You guys have done a marvelous job.
I have a small question. My parents are visiting me here in US for 6 months. They have 10yr multiple visitor visa. How soon after they return to India, can they come back? Can they got to UK or any european country and then return to US? Is that a problem?

They can come back at any time. There is no minimum duration for which they have to be out of US.

But, remember that this visa is for tourists. If they try to spend too much time in US, that is not in sync with the purpose of this visa and may be denied at entry altogether at some point.
