Visa Rejected second time :(
Hi Immi,
Thanks for your help, but visa was rejected again. They told me to reapply in Sept 05.
My fiance really wants me to come now and he is thinking of flying back to Australia to marry me....My question is, if I have been rejected twice in 1 month for B1 and then I reapply again around 2 months later for H4, will they deny me because we have only been married for a short time?? Or for H4 do they not care since we are not applying for greencard. My fiance was told at US Consulate in his country that you start afresh once your status has changed. Is this true, and what can you recommend for us.
