I have valid B1 visa and now i likely to travel. but i have a baby and she is
10months old. So I'm thinking to take my baby and my mother along with me to
take care of her. What is the possibility of getting B2 visa for both of them.
1) can I sponsor them?
2) whether my mother should have asset and bank a/c here to show that she is
tied up here? anyhow i have only B1 and not H1, so there is no question of
staying back in usa.
3) if my mother does not have bank a/cs but my father's and my unmarried brothers will suffice ?
3) is that a valid reason that my mother is coming there to take care of my
baby when im on business meetings?
