We are living in the Netherlands and want to buy a holiday house in Florida. For our stay in the US we want to apply for a tourist B2 visa and stay in Florida for a maximum period of 6 month after each other. After this period we will fly back to the Netherlands and stay there for 1 or 2 month. But are we allowed to re-enter the US after these 1 or 2 month on our B2 visa and stay again for another 6 month. So the questions is: Are we allowed on a B2 visa to re-enter the US several times a year for the coming 5 to 10 years. We do not need to work in the US but want to enjoy the house for the extended winter time (lets say 9 month a year).

pensionada visa
Thanks for your answer.
Is there a different Visa which could solve our problem. Is there a pensionada visa (or something like that) for which we could apply to get permission for a stay of 9 month a year (with a longest period of 5 or six month after each other)
