did not return I-94

My mom did not return I-94 in sep. 2010 and we did not realise that, she just sow now, and she has flight for usa tommorro. what should we do. is it going to be big problem.

Hi there,

I travelled to US in January 2011 for two weeks as it was also stated in our invite letter, however the date mentioned in the I 94 was valid for 6 months.
At the time of returning our passport was stamped with the departure date however the stapled copy of I 94 was not removed from the Passport (same happen with my friend , who was also travelling with me) Please let me know what should i do now as I have to travel again by the end of this month.
