B2 Visa

Hi,
I am travelling on B1 visa and i would like to take my wife along with me what are all the documents should we take and she is working.

In her name we dont have any documents like assests and all and from her office also they are not giving NOC letter and leave approval letter.So please help me how best i can get B2 visa for my wife or is there are any visa type so that i can take her with me for duration of 20 days.
