visitor Visa or uncle and His grand children

Hi guys,

one of my uncle is planning to come to US as visitor Visa with His grand children . .. And Uncle has already has a Visa .. So He is planning to visit with his grand childrean who are born in india ?

I am not sure what kind of sponsorship document need to get their Visitor Visa ..

Can you some one help me with guidence ?

One more info just add they both are minor kids .. one is 12 and 7...
