Hi All,

I need help regarding the information for Vistor visa. I sponspered my parents and their visa was rejected. They applied twices and repeated the same. Since my H1 is having less than 6 months old. Is it a problem for sponsership?

Can I change the Sponser at this time to attend visa for my parents with my sister or borther-in-law as new sponsership?

How long do I need to waiting once the visa has been rejected or is there any limit for attending the visa within a year?
