Parents want to visit me in US

Hi,

I work in US . I have a stable job, good status. My parents appeared for visitor visa interview last week in Mumbai. They were denied visa. I provided all the required documents' copies - visa, paystubs etc..
My parents are themselves capable of visiting US without any additional sponsorship. They both are govt employees, they have been working in the same respective companies for past 30 years. We really don't have any clue why the visa was rejected. I'm really looking for some inputs so that we can understand what could have caused it.

If they can show that they can pay for their trip themselves, you should not sponsor them.
