About B1/B2 visa queries
Hi.. I am a doctor n i wanna go to write my CS exam in the US on a B1/B2 Visa. I was born in kuwait and my parents still live there. I dont have a kuwait residency now(expired in 2004 as i came to india to study) and we are all indian citizens..My dad`s income is from kuwait. We have properties here in India but no Income Tax returns. My uncle(mom`s bro) is in Delaware(USA) for the past 1 year, and is willing to sponsor for my trip.. I am not working at present n i also dont have any income tax returns or even a pan card.
My questions are.
1. Can my uncle sponsor for me, n how do i show my relationship ties.
2. Do i have to show my parents properties as my ties to india.
3. Approx hw much property should we show
4. What do i do about not having income tax returns
5. Do i have to show proof of my dad`s stay in kuwait n also his income certificate from his employer.
6. Does my dad have to show any other proof. if yes, please help me by specifying.
7. Is it better to shoe my uncle as my sponsor or dad alone is enough.
