I am going schdule vistotors visa for my in-laws, I have Two questions regarding this

1. My father in-law is Agriculturalist but doesn't have own land, in this case what kind of property document needs to be submitted.
2. My wife doesn't have birth certificate, can i submit her 10th certificate as birth certificate or do i need to submit afadivit for this?

Regarding wife's birth certificate i can submit affadivit with secondary evidance, am i right?
