urgent: Visitor Visa extension for Parents approved, I-94 missing

Hello,

I applied for an extension of visitor visa for my parents.It got approved in 15 days.

I received the approval notice yesterday but the updated I-94 is missing for both my parents.

The notice says that the I-94 is attached but it was not.

Can someone guide me what to do?

Check towards the bottom of that notice. I-94 is there. You have to tear it out.

There will be 2 I 94 slips. One you should retain for future reference and the other one to be surrendered at the time of departure.
