My mom is going for the interview next week at chennai consulate. She is a central govt employee and she is carrying all the supporting documents for her strong ties. My mom has requested for a 3month tourism as she has only 90 days max leave from office.Well my husband is the sponsor but his visa is expiring in May. Actually we have just applied for 140 and so no receipt also with us. So only by this month we can apply for extension for the 7th year.
1.Given this background , if the visa officer checks the visa expiry of my husband , will he ask "Y SHE IS REQUESTING FOR 3 MONTHS WHEN THE SPONSOR'S VISA IS EXPIRING IN MAY 2005"????
2. So can they reject her visa on these grounds?????
