I have a brother who has been in USA 2 years before I was born, 30 years to be precise. He has visited twice and I have not been opportuned to meet him. Now I want to visit him. My question is what shall I say if the visa officer ask me the last time I met him? Or will they refuse the application since I haven't seen him since birth? We communicate through phone, mails and e mail. Also I have his photograghs.

applying for B2 Visa from Chennai consulate

I want to go to US to celebrate my wedding anniversary as my husband is already there on B1 for official work. Can I tell them that I want to visit my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary and to visit some tourist places? Will this make my case weak or strong? I will be carrying following documents:
