Documents For Visitor

My mom is carrying the following documents apart from the sponsor documents.
1. Please let me know apart from the sponsor's coverletter should she also carry a coverletter requesting for visitor visa.????

2. Also please take a look at the following documents and let me know which should documents should be taken as original and which ones should be photocopy is enough?????

Order of Documents:
1. Web appointment receipt - take in hand.
2. DS-156
3. Important - Visa fees - two demand drafts
4. Passport Original
4. Photocopies of three pages of passport (first, last and address)
3. Employment verification letter.
4. Leave sanction letter.
5. No objection form.
6. Salary slip for past 6 months.
7. Extra photos cover in hand.
8. CA property Estimate letter.
10. Property sheets original
11. Bank verification letter - original
12. Bank passbook - photocopies
13. LIC policy - original
14. Share documents original.
15. House Tax receipts.

PLEASE REPLY AS IT IS VERY VERY URGENT.
