My inlaws went for visa second time again on march 18th.But the counslar rejected visa saying that how did you get an appointment so soon.we had seen in the forums many people get visa even if they applied again in 1 week.
They went for their first appointment on march 3rd. They rejected without asking anything. My father-in law is business man and had all his papers but they didn't even see any documents.
Second appointment on march 18th.They asked about his business, and why they are going to u.s he said to visit and tourism purpose. He said his another daughter is in India who is still studying and his parents are dependent on him.
But they rejected the visa saying how did you get an appointment so early did you buy it.
we are not sure what to do next?My wife is pregnant with twins and she is due on may 31st.She has been put on bedrest now.We are not able to get any early appointments the latest one we got is for aug 23rd.
I have some questions can some one help us out with them.
1)Its written in the ttsvisas website that if there is an emergency you can write to them and get early appointment. Can we take a letter from the doctor and ask for early appointment.
2) Since my in-laws didn't specify in their prior interviews about pregnancy will that cause a problem if they mention it now.
