please very urgent-visitor visa

My parents are going to interview chennai on june 24, My father is retired central government employee and he his getting pension and my mother is housewife. My father have One land on his name but they dont have own house they staying with my brother. If the VO asked about own house they can say staying with my brother house ,or they want to say dont have any house what documents they can show to Vo. My father got affidavit regarding property, but he dont have house document.
Is there is anyone like my case they got visa plz reply me
And Plz tell me anyone what type of questions they can expect from them vo
bcoz they have only 2 weeks time to go.
