REG: DS160 form

My parents are going for interview on next week, I submitted ds 160 form and i got the confirmation letter for both my parents and after i review the form i found out there is a mistake done, That i filled the form and submitted for both of them but i said that they filled the form and they sign and submit.
so i cancelled the form and again i filled new ds 16o form i submitted correctly that i preprepare the application, and with the new barcode i booked them appointment.
Whether the vo will ask about old ds 160 form to my parents or they will never consider abt that.
