My father is retired employee( in previous work column provide the employment information for the five years if applicable)
so i entered every thing his work place,surname of supervisor and given name,phone number,address,employement date. They ask me to fill briefly describe your duty. So what should i write in that column i writed its duty about his job. Is it correct or not plz reply me. Or i want to fill my family details.
