    Query on I-797 Notice of Action

    Hi,

    I am on L1 visa. I have I-129S Nonimmigrant petition (Based on blanket L petition). I have sent a copy of this to sponser my parents visitor visa.

    I do not have I-797 Notice of Action. Which is this document ? Am I missing anything ?

    Please advice ASAP

    I-797 is for H1B visa

    I-797 is for H1B visa. You should give whatever is applicable in your case.
