rejected twice 214b,need help

Hi there.My moms visa got rejected twice under 214b in chennai. Rejected after answering these first time-My dad is not alive,I am having a 2 weeks baby, My mom had pension,and property certificates and had mentioned about the agricultural lands we have,Her occupation is farming.The purpose of visit was visiting family and tourism- applied for 6 months.
Second time since I had undergone surgery because of pregnancy complications-I provided the docotors certificate that I need assistance to recover which is really true. Purpose of visit was medical emergemcy for daughter.The same officer interviewed mom and only one question why didn't you write this first time.Sorry we cannot give you visa.
Should I apply again or forget about it.Was it wrong telling the truth,My mom answered in english,Her english is not very good but she had managed to answer all the questions.Should i apply for translator.Well I CANNOT WAIT FOR LONG for next appointment.I am unable to get up from bed on my own.Should I try for my mom or someone else(fresh start).Will it help if someone else sponsor my mom.

Hi immihelp.Thanks for your reply.I am applying again.What should my mom answer if the oficer asks her why did you write medical emergency for daughter- last time, while you have mentioned the purpose of visit as- visiting daughters family and tourism in first and third appointment.

How far will the previous records be checked for the next appointment.I heard moms visa was rejected first time mainly for telling the truth that her daughter has baby.And my friends mom got the visa as they didint disclose about thier daughters pregnancy or babies.Then why is that you guys have mentioned tell the truth,When there is no chance of getting visa if we disclose about the babies or pregnancy. Aren't you misguiding us instead of helping.

immihelp always specifies and never misguides - immihelp always says tell TOURISM even if you are having a baby as TOURIST VISA IS PURELY FOR TOURISM - not for medical complications or anything else.
yes, your previous answers are in record with the consular officer. in your case you will have to stick to medical emergency as that was what you said int he previous appointment. if you change now then the officer might ask for reasons why you showed them the pregnancy last interview.

Please Remember That Tourist Visa Is For Tourism Only.medical Complications Or Pregnancy Does Not Comes Under Tourist Visa. If You Say Pregnancy Officer Will Say That The Hospitals In Usa Are Good And Have All Facilities So You Dont Need To Go There. They Dont Understand The Emotions Of Us Indians That We Want To Be With Our Daughter At That Beautiful Moment.

There Are Cases Where People Dont Get Visas By Mentioning That All The Children Are In Usa, This Aspect Makes The Officer Feel Since All Children Are In Usa , This Is A Case Of Potential Immigrant. Well Some Still Get Visas After Saying That All Children Are In Usa- So I Say That This Is Purely Ones Luck.
Coming To Your Point Now - The Interviews Are Generally In Record With The Officers So If Your Mom Goes Again And Changes Her Statement They Might Ask Her Why Did She Say Something Different Previously. So Your Case Must Be Handled Very Carefully. All I Can Say Is Luck Should Help Her. But These Officers Lack Training Also. They Have No Reason To Reject Visas At Their Own Whim And Fancy. It Is Unfair As We All Wait To See Our Family And Finally Feel Dejected By The End Of It.
