I met a man on the internet and we are talking about getting married, but haven't yet met and need to arrange a meeting so we can apply (after his visit) for a fiance visa. We really want to do this the right way without breaking any rules with the immigration law. My boyfriend is under age 30 and single (obviously) and does not own a home in his native country, all of which are negative factors. On the positive factors side, he has traveled to two other countries than his own and is actually a residing in one of the foreign countries now.
Can anyone please help me so that we can do something to be together?
