Problem with accessing DS 160

Hi, I started filling out a DS-160 application form yesterday, but there was a power fluctuation and my computer shut down automatically. Now, I'm trying to access the form, but I don't have the application code. I understand that I'll have to start my application all over again, but every time I click on 'start new application', it takes me to the application ID page. I've tried deleting my browser cookies, history, form data, etc., but it isn't working. What now?
