Visitor Visa from Saudi for Indian Citizen

I am inviting my sister and BIL to visit USA. My BIL works in Saudi and both of them are Indian citizens.

I would like to know visa experience from SAudi and if it is as difficult as in India.

What are the things to keep in mind or any tips. Please share info and experience.
