Need appointment date in chennai during July /Aug very very urgent

Hi ,

Daily i am checking the website in the mornings like eastern time around 9am to 11am.
But i am not getting anything.It shows till Aug everything is full.And sep slot is not open at.
could you please give me the advise ?when is the right time to search?

I am also looking for appointment date in chennai during july/Aug for my parents. They went for an interview on 04/06/05, but they did not get the visa. I am trying to get another appointment for them, but no luck
