Hi,
My father-in-law and mother-in-law are applying for VISITOR VISA and I am filling the DS160. I am on H4 visa. My Husband is on H1 and sponsoring the Visitors Visa
1. Do I need to fill the DS160 forms seperately for both mother-in-law and father-in-law?
2. If I am filling seperately for both my father-in-law and mother-in-law, in both the applications should I mention as Primary Applicant.
3. Regarding my father-in-law occupation, he runs a vegetable business in local market which is not registered and earns around 5000 Rs/month. If I specify my father-in-law's occupation as Business, it is asking for the address of the business. Also he does not have any IT returns or Proofs. I am worried due to low income and not having any IT returns or employment proof, are there any chances of rejection?
Any help would be appreciated.
