    PLEASE HELP
Hi and thank you for your helpful website,
I want to bring my mother in law to the United States for a visit. I am an American citizen. I already have knowledge on which types of papers I will be needing. However, I want to know if I understand correctly. First of all, is it true that I do not need to get anything notarized, including the I– 134 form? And is it true that after all the paperwork is complete, I simply send them to my mother in law in Lebanon, and have her make an appointment with the USCIS to have an interview?
Does anyone know where I can get contact information for the USCIS in Lebanon?

Please let me know if I am understanding this process correctly,
    Thank you so much,
    Malak

I-134 does not need to be notarized. You send all the papers to your relative.
