Visitor (B2) visa - work related query

I am unmarried female working in USA, sponsoring my parents B2 visa. My mother is a professor. My father is a retired professor (& pensioner).
Currently My father takes care of our agricultural farm.
1) What should be "Primary employment"? Agriculture OR Retired
2) For Agriculture as "Primary",
**What should be "Employer Name"
**Income out of farms is less (We get yearly income, average Rs 2500/month) would that be a problem?
**We don't have any proofs for this income, my father don't have receipts that he gets after selling grains. But we have proof of our farm, Thasildar 7/12 extract & certificate. Would that be a problem?
**My father gets pension. So his total income = pension + agricultural income?
3) My father also works as visiting lecturer. Is there any way to specify that?
4) Where in DS160 can I specify that my parents have one more child - my unmarried elder brother working in India.

I couldn't completely understand few points though.

- Even though Primary occupation is "Agriculture", total monthly income should be agriculture income + pension. Ans its OK to not to have proofs of agriculture income, proof of possessing the land, and pension book are enough. Please let me know if I understood it correctly.
3. That can be mentioned as well.
- So I should mention that my father also works as visiting lecturer in "Briefly describe your duties", right?
