How to show Pension Amount in DS-160?

hello,

I am filling DS-160 form for my father. He has recently been retired from govt service and currently getting a pension amount (Rs 22098) from the employer.

How do I provide this information in DS-160?

If I select 'Retired' the form does not ask any further question so there is no scope of putting the pension amount.

What is the right process? Should i select other in Work/Education/Training information and provide this information by writing 'Retired and and receiving pension'

While filing further information, I have got two more doubts.

- The form does not ask for salary while filing previous work information. How can i provide that information?

- US Point of contact information: What should be filled in the organization name? Is it ok to put it 'Do not know' or should i put my organization's name in that.
