DS 160 - Validity

I filled up DS 160 forms for my mother and father in the month of Feb 2011. Irrespective of the reason why they didnt attend the visa interview immediately my questions is?

1. How long is the DS 160 valid till?

2. Can they use the old one or should i create a new one for both parent?

1. It is valid now. I don't think there is any validity period.

2. It is not a big problem to fill the new one either.
