visa for mother

hello there,
I am 24 years old and my sister is 22.. we're both citizens here in the US.
my mother lives in South America and she doesn't have a VISA to visit us here. she's gone to the US Embassy for 4 times already and each time they denied her application for the VISA. she just wants to visit us, anyways I heard someone saying we both being citizens could do something so that my mother can come without VISA or something.. does anyone know if that's true.. what kind of permission are we talking about? any help is greatly appreciate it..

Unfortunately there is no such thing. Any of you can file immigrant petition (green card) for her.

the issue with green card is that she would have to do a lot of paper work and she only plans to visit once a year for a week so its not worth it..
what do you think we can do about this, is there any invitation or anything at all?

Look for a tourist visa then. Search for the tourist visa information yourself on this website under the correct visa category.
