Visitor visa got rejected- Please advice

Hi,
My mother-in-law had appeared for visitor visa(in telugu) interview at Hyderbad consulate and she was asked the below questions and did not get the visa.

1) How many children you have
She replied two
2) who lives in US
My daughter and son-in-law
3) what's your son does?
Working.....
4) What is his qualification?
B-Tech
5) where does he work?
She replied 'I don't know' as she couldn't pronounce that company name.

She was saying , after that the VO officer was speaking in English and she couldn't follow anything...I am guessing that they did not issue the visa as she was unable to tell my brother-in-law's company name.

Could you please let me know how soon can she reappear for the visa, so that she could get thru.....

If she scheduled the interview in Telugu, she should ask for the interpreter in Telugu.

I think she is OK with her mother language but the thing that the way she talked to them that made them not trust her. Its also not because she didn't tell her Son-in-law's company name. I think She can apply for next interview around 1month later but she needs to show them how confident she is and no matter if she can or not get a tourist visa to visit her kids. Give them the specific time to visit and how busy she is in her country.

I have one more question:
last time she appeared for visa interview on Hyderabad consulate. is it fine, this time if I take an appointment with Chennai consulate or she should attend in hyderbad consulate only. Please confirm

She should apply in the same consulate where it was rejected earlier, else she will be asked to go to the same Hyderabad consulate.

One more question:

I am planning to process visitor visa for my parents , is it fine if I send my mother-in-law along with them? will it affect anyway or is it better to send them seperately...Please advice.
