convert my visit visa to student visa?

im from india. right now im in USA. i gt 10 yrs visit visa, i want to convert my visit visa to student visa.. how do i do that. kindly explain the procedure. I want to remain legal there.

You need to first obtain admission in a university and degree program. After that you may apply for change of status. But in general change of status from visitor status is very difficult to obtain. There are many complications involved.
