Visitor Visa for In-laws - BKR

Hello All,

I am planning to bring my in-laws to US by the end of the year. My question is,
1. My current H1B visa will expire in December/2011. I have applied for visa renewal NOT through premium processing, So it might take couple of months for my visa renewal to get approved. If my in-laws go for a visa interview next week will that be problem? Will they reject the visa stating that my current visa expires in less than 6 months?

Not a problem. As long as you are in legal status at the time of sponsoring them, it is fine.
