hi, my grandfather had been given 10year visa in 2000, following which he has visited once for period of 10 days. Intends to apply again for 1 week, the problem is that his past exact record(date) of issuance of visa isnt available at the period of filling the forms since the passports are with canadain visa embassy, but will be there at the time of interview. So does the month n year of issuance of visa suffice on forms, or is there any other solution. please guide.
