Bank Verification letter -- Emergency

Hi,

I have not yet received a bank verification letter from bank of america and only can receive a fax of the letter from them to send the papers just in time for my father's appointment for visitor's visa on april 26th. Are fax copies acceptable by the counslate?

And also is the recent one bank statement enough or I should send 6 bank statements.

I did not send the account verification letter from Bank of America since they told me that they would be giving me a fax letter or a black and white letter. I just sent across 1 recent statement (original) and my mom got 10 yrs visa. The consulate did not chk even a single document.

Hence send what ever documents you have and prepare them well. Dont worry too much about the docs, everything depends on the interview and confidence.
