I am a college student in the UK but applying for a B2 visa in India, which is listed as my permanent residence on my university letter. The problem is that I only lived in India for 3 months before college, having spent the last 3 years living in the US itself under an L2. Now my parents live in Ukraine but I don't live there in the holidays. Should I be ok applying for the visa here in Delhi?
