parents stay in US

hi..
my parents have multiple visit visa...
for how long can they stay with me..
n after going from us , when can they come back again ..... is it possible to call them after few weeks?
And may be they go to some other country like Spain for few weeks n come back to US to stay with me...

Like i am working on H1B visa n want my parents to be always with me for next three years... Is there any way out to let them be with me permanently like wife n childrens???
