Can I fax I-134

Hi,

I have sent the I-134 in orignal (couple of weeks back) for an interview that is suppposed to be held in mumbai US conuslate on Tuesday (4/19/05).
The I 134 is not yet reached Mumbai and its too late to send a new one.

Can I fax a copy from here, I mean is a faxed I-134 valid ?

If not what is the other option ? can they request the interview to be postphoned ? They have already paid the fees as that is required when u take the appointment.

Need notarized I-134.

Why has it not reached there even after 2 weeks? Did you send by regular mail or some courier? If courier, can you track where is it?

Otherwise, I am not sure what can be done.

I had sent it by Global Express Priority Mail (USPS), last time I sent it, it reached in 5 days not sure what happened this time.
Can I notarize a new I134 and fax (or scan and email ) the notraized copy ?

No, it does not work like that.

When you scan it, all the notary stuff like embossed seal etc is gone and therefore the genuineness it provides is gone as well.

If your relatives must go for an interview on 04/19/2005, you can try that. Even though you know it is not going to work, it can't harm, I believe.
