about work permit

Hello,
I had US B2 visa (Family visit) for 3 month before, but i had the stay permit in I-94 for six month. I stayed in US about 3 weeks. 1 year later, i had applied for again B2 visa and now i have 5 years visa. My sister has already applied in immigration (F4 category) for me 6 years before. Now, i am in USA again for family visit from Europe. Now in airport they have permit me to stay and the date is open (no stay limit), but i know i have to leave with in 6 month.

How i can get a work permit here right now?

How i can process in advance of my case or priority date for immigration?

Let me inform about the status changes of B2 visa to J1 visa? I have an opportunity to do some research work here..!!
