Re-entry into US with unpaid Traffic Ticket.

I have an unpaid traffic ticket (which I got 2 years back when I went to US on a tourist visa). Now I am planning to visit again. Will the unpaid ticket affect my entry to US this time?

The ticket seems to have been sent to a collection agency.

It may affect. There is no way to know for sure.

In fact, there may be an arrest warrant for you outstanding.
