Hello, I’m and Australian who works in Brazil and get a lot of regular vacation time, I have been spending a lot of this time in the US entering under the visa waiver program and I am considering buying a vacation home there. But the last time I entered I was told that I was coming in too often (never any longer than 30 days at a time and have proof of foreign employment) and they were considering not letting me in and said the next time I came I would be flagged. Is there a visa I should look at to get regular access to a potential vacation home? I would like to visit for about 120 days per year at about 30 days at a time (4 times a year).
