Please help, need your suggestion of duration of stay!!

Hi Everyone,

Can anybody please provide me some information

My mom got 10 years B2 visitor visa for the first time. I booked tickets from 4th May 2011 and 1st Nov 2011 for first visit and when she arrieved USA at the POE on I-94 due date given as 3rd Nov 2011.

My question is eventhough she is returning on 1st Nov 2011, will be reaching India on 3rd Nov 2011 (i-94 expirty date), will that effect on visa? 10 years visa going to cancel?
If she wants to visit USA again, does she required to attend visa interview?

So, I am in total confusion and I really need your valuable suggestions and opinions please.

Nothing to worry. She is leaving before the expiry of I 94 date. That is fine.
