B-2 : validity of visa after changing job to other company

Hi,
My parents came on visitors visa 4 yrs back and they have a 10yrs visitors visa , I want to call them again this year.
But I changed my job to other company and they have the visa with my old company .
Do they have to go for visa stamping again as I have changed my job ?
Will there be any issue at the immigration?
