Has any one's Parents got their visa approved bases on Pregnancy

I am green card holder (so as my wife) and it’s been three year since I have seen my family. I want to invite my parents since my wife is expecting. I want to know if any one's parent got their visa approved bases on Pregnancy case. My parents applied back in 1998 and then in 2004 and rejected twice, both times they were give 214b reason for denial of visit visa. All my siblings are back home and my father has his own home as well as good business. Visa office did not bother to look at any documents that my family and I prepared for visa purpose. Both time I invited them to attend my graduation ceremony. Now I really need them since my wife is pregnant and secondly I want to them to come here to visit me.

I know people who've been rejected because they mentioned that the purpose of their trip was to help their daughter/daughter-in-law during pregnancy. They assume that you would be forced to hire help locally post delivery if your parents/in-laws aren't present. Don't mention pregnancy as the cause.
A friend who was expecting wanted her parents here. They were specifically asked if their daughter was pregnant during the interview!

Visa for pregnancy reason

I am from SL, we got the visa for my mother in law after showing pregnancy reason. We got the letter from OBGY (Doctor) also. But that was 1st attempt and we have H1B and H4. So, It depends......!

SL1 what other document did you send? and how many month/days did your mohter in law applied before pregnancy? I got a letter from my wife's doc that we do need someone to take care of her now and after the birth of the baby.

note

you cannot mention that you need someone to take care of your wife now and after delivery. visa will be rejected for sure,
remember tourish visa is for TOURISM and not pregnancy or any other medical reason. please show them as tourist and do not show any reasons like pregnancy. they will tell them that USA has good hospitals and they will take care of her, you dont need to go for that purpose.

I am agreeing with srikar,tourist visa is for tourism purpose only.Many people have the experience ,they got visa rejected only because of showing the pregnancy reason.Don't do anything in rush.And if u get visa rejected because of pregnancy reason u won't get a chance to apply again immediately.Wait for immihelp's reply.
